Well Chet, when you're right, you're right.
I did everything as listed above, and although my ViruScan didn't find anything, nothing changed.
I guess I'll be reloading Windows when I get a chance. [img]frown.gif[/img]

It's worth trying the other way first, just don't be suprised if you lose the DNS settings. It all depends on which spayware file you have on your system.
And you have to run a anti-virus/spyware check on the files you transfer over, but really the only things that'll be infected at that point would be your "Favorites".
